Creator Arts Law offers legal services for creators and business owners in the music and adult entertainment industries. Our boutique, women-led law firm combines 25 years of legal experience with a deep understanding of the world of content creation and performing arts.
Meet Shoshana Zisk, Esq.
Shoshana Zisk is an entertainment lawyer with a wide range of experience in the entertainment industry. Her experience includes being on the management team for George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic for over 20 years, serving as Interim Chief Operating Officer for In Ticketing (Burning Man Tickets), working in Business & Legal Affairs at BMG U.S. Latin (Universal), running the Copyright Department for Motown records, and learning the nuts and bolts in A&R Administration for Island Records.
She is a member of the Florida, California, and New York Bars. Shoshana earned a bachelor degree in Classical Piano Performance and Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Shoshana was also the Musical Director for “Rent” (the musical) for a year performing every weekend in San Francisco or in Hollywood, California.
Shoshana Zisk is also the Executive Producer of the Miami MusicTech Summit. Previously, she co-produced the SF MusicTech Summit and the Future of Money & Technology Summit. She also produced the Maui MusicTech, NOLA MusicTech Virtual Conference, and the SF MusicTech PopUp at Mondo.NYC.
In her personal life, Shoshana is a Certified Hot Yoga Teacher of the original Bikram 26-2 series, teaching in South Miami-Dade. Shoshana is also a member of the Board of the New World School of the Arts Alumni Foundation, which raises scholarships for students and alumni to support artistic growth in her local community.
